I've had dental implants in my lateral incisors for 2 years, and the shape and translucence have never been ideal. For context, I had a bone graph at each implant site. The right side failed initially and the implant didn't take so I had to have more bone put in on that side. I have porcelain fused to metal crowns. The right one is screw retained. The left is cemented due to the angle of the implant, I was told. I would like them to be less opaque & more symmetrical in shape.
