What's the best thread lift for me to get? Is it ok for darker skin? (photo)

I'm 50 years old. Not ready for a face lift. I'm researching the thread lift procedure for my neck and mid face. I feel this will look more natural. I am concerned about scaring from the punctures. I have had upper lower eyelid surgery in May 2019, and still have some scars. Not sure what is the best threads to use. There are so many out. Any suggestions? I am African American. I do use fillers. But this would be totally new for me. Worth the money? How long does it last? What's the cost? I'm in Atlanta.

Thank you for your question.These are all natural parts of the aging process. What we can do is try preventative treatments or get a neck lift / face lift earlier in the aging process. There are numerous non-surgical options available, and some can be used in combination to get best outcomes, but you would need a consultation with an expert.

I do not think that thread lifts provide the kind of result that most patients feel was worth it.  Save your money until you feel that you are ready for a facelift, or take a vacation.  Both are better ways to spend your money.

I have tried Thread lift once and was not impressed. The amount of lift is limited and it is temporary( 9-12 months). Please see a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation.
