What is the best thread lift for African American skin?? I'm confused because after researching it is many different names.

I'm 50 years old. I'm noticing signs of aging on my chest, neck, & lower face. I also want a slight brow lift. I'm wondering about scars, pros and cons. Cost, pain and recovery time? I live in Georgia close to Atlanta. Have not found many doctors here yet that do this procedure. But I would like to have it done the first of next year. Want to look like myself just refreshed. My mid face is starting to show signs of gravity along with my neck bands. Any advice would be helpful.
