Pigmentation marks and irritation after Brazilian laser hair removal. How can I treat them? (photos)

It's not normal to have these pigmented areas. It is a shame that Georgia is so liberal with their laser laws. With very little or no training, aestheticians are able to use dangerous lasers in Georgia. Although you have superficial burns, I think you will recover fine. I would put steroid cream on the areas, retin a, and hydroquinone. Don't procedure with further treatment until fully healed, at the very least.

From your photos it appears as if you may have some laser burns.  The device settings may not have been appropriate for your skin type.  However, there are other factors - be sure you are not on any photosensitizing medications or agents.  I imagine you did not have sun exposure in this area.  I would recommend you contact your provider for a treatment plan which may include topical steroids and/or skin lightening agents like hydroquinone.  The marks should (slowly) all heal.
