I just had a rhinoplasty a few days ago, so I haven't had the splint removed yet. I can tell it's swollen and I know it's very early in the healing process, but I'm really nervous because it currently looks very pointy... I had a boxy/button nose that I wanted narrowed, but I wanted to leave the same general shape of my nose. Is the nose just being held in that position by the splint, or is it going to have a pointy shape as the end result?

As a rule the nasal bones have become very well stabilized by 8 weeks following surgery via a fibrous union. A minor trauma at 10 weeks is unlikely to cause any changes to the bones and no more likely to cause problems with the cartilages than such a trauma would have done before your operation...
No. It is not reasonable to have any "elective" surgery during pregnancy. The medications and anesthetics required could affect the fetus and the stress of healing would add to the demands already placed on your body with the pregnancy.
Dear bannermkr, I would suggest seeing your surgeon to evaluate what type of fluid the clear ooze dripping from your nose is. (do you have a headache?) As far as bubbles in the nose this will also need a direct examination from your surgeon to rule out any perforation of the septum. You may just...
