My doctor keeps telling me that the nostril will come down after bilobed flap procedure. I have taken photos from week two and see VERY little change other than the scarring. The side where the nostril is raised was the "good side" and not were the BBC was. Yes, I am glad the cancer is gone. I was prepared for a scar, but this deformity has me beside myself. Also, feels like mesh is poking through on the lower left side of my nose. Is mesh normally used in bilobed flap?
