MOHs done on the left side of nose, went directly to a plastic surgeon the same day to close. Had bilobed flap done & immediately saw nostrils were VERY uneven & lopsided. Stitches out at 5 days & steri strips put on. Currently at day 9 & nostrils have not changed. Doesn't appear to be too swollen. Will they correct? How long will it take? This is alot of distortion to live with at age 46. Not so worried about my scar anymore, but going through life looking like a demented Miss Piggy.
