I had a bone graft done on 6.7...exactly a week later the sutures and membrane came out. I've been trying to keep the membrane in somewhat by holding it in place with a little piece of gauze, but that only works for so long. Since it's been a week since the procedure and post opp isnt scheduled for another week. Should I just watch the area for pain or try to get back in to see the dentist asap?

The tooth could be loose due to the trauma of the treatment done to the adjacent tooth. If you had a tooth extracted, sometimes the teeth on either side will be loose for a couple of weeks. Do not wiggle it. If you are truly concerned, see your dentist for evaluation.
