You should contact your surgeon to review the care that he recommends. The photos are shadowed a bit and it is hard to tell if there is cellulitis.

Congratulations on having undergone the breast reduction procedure.   This operation tends to be one of the most patient pleasing operations we perform Unfortunately, incision line concerns are not uncommonly encountered, especially at the "T junctions" (related to blood supply and tension concerns).  Occasionally, removal of exposed sutures, may expedite the healing process.   Overall, I do not see anything of significant concern on your photographs; a mild amount of redness is to be expected if you are having suture related problems. Best to follow up with your plastic surgeon, will be your best resource when it comes to accurate assessment, advice, and (hopefully) meaningful reassurance.
