I have temporary crowns in tooth 8 and 9. I just need to now if these are moving and I need to make an emergency apointment with my destist or if its okay to wait the week for the porcelain crowns to come in and express my concerns??

Hello, If you have a dental cement to place it in, go for it! If not, is better to wait until you see your dentist. It's very important NOT to use "crazy glue" or anything else, it can be toxic for you.

I think you should first go for root canal treatment then Invisalign and after that Teeth Whitening treatment would be better.

This is not a normal thing that you were facing same problem after 3 years of the treatment. It needs to properly examine your teeth to find out the problem. I would recommend you to consult some other dentist regarding for the treatment.
