I got braces last monday, but I'm not contented with the service. They didn't take an Xray. Can I get a refund?

Often with orthodontics, things look worse before they look better. I suggest reserving judgement until done. Having said that, I doubt you would win a lawsuit. The only winner would be the lawyers.
