Tightness along scar line - Am I a candidate for a tummy tuck revision?

I had a tummy tuck 05/2022 and I am still experiencing tightness along my scar as well as in my muscles. Would I be a candidate to have my muscles re done as well as having my scar lowered. Due to all of the tension I also experienced a wide spread scar that I would love to be revised.

Yes, you would be an excellent candidate for a scar revision including your horizontal scar and umbilicus scar.

Unfortunately, wide scar does not have to be always result of tension. I do agree that scar revision with liposuction would be good procedure for you; with current experience with scarring you should pay attention to scar management  from the very beginning. Hope this helps.

No, if you are still tight, there is no excess skin to be removed nor can the scar be lowered. You might get some good improvement with micro-needling to your scars. Do avoid any sun exposure for 6 months after treatments.

An exam is needed to know for sure, but from the photos it doesn't appear you have much laxity of skin for a full revision.  You could consider a scar revision to improve the widened scar.  I encourage you to visit with your surgeon to discuss your concerns.
