Is it safe to do Ultrasound Therapy in neck and jowls myself at home? Am I doing the best treatment? (photo)

I am a 62 year old and I had a face lift with SMAS, buccal fat pad removed and neck lift a year ago that left me with neck scar tissue and the jowls stayed. I massaged the neck and had ultrasound therapy. A year later the doctor went in to break some scar tissue and did liposuction of my jowls from the marionette lines. 6 weeks after, I still have the scar tissue there as you can see and I have 2 hard lumps for jowls, I am massaging and doing ultrasound in both areas again.  I am massaging and doing the ultrasound therapy this time at home with a 3 MHz machine I purchased. Do you agree w/this

This would be about as safe as fixing your own brakes at home.  If you are a trained automotive tech, then you might be safe changing your own disc brakes.  Of course you can look it up on youtube, but it's not the same as being trained and experienced.IN this case, if you are trained and experienced at treating scars with ultrasounds, then you might be fine.  If not, how do you that you are doing the treatment safely, and more importantly, how do you know that you're doing it CORRECTLY so that you can reach a result?

There are many treatments for scar corrections: surgical, steroid injection, microneedling w/wo PRP. The marionette lines can be disguised with dermal fillers or reduced with a thread lift
