4 days ago I had two front teeth extracted on the bottom. Day 3 I sneezed pretty hard. The bone grafts seemed to loosen. Day 4 I finally ate solid food and it seems I may have knocked out one of the grafts. It was loose prior to eating. Now there’s very little white grains left in the extraction hole left. What should I do?

You absolutely should have this examined by the surgeon who placed the graft. The graft well might need to be done over and you should be on antibiotics.
It is very possible to extract a tooth and place a bone graft in 10 minutes. An xray should show whether or not graft material was placed in the socket or not.
The extraction site appears to be healing ok. I don't see a visible abscess. There will be a hole there for several weeks until the tissue closes all the way. It takes time for that tissue to close around the space of a large molar. If the tooth behind the space needs a root canal, that may be...
