Bone graft fell out 4 days post op, what should I do? (photos)

4 days ago I had two front teeth extracted on the bottom. Day 3 I sneezed pretty hard. The bone grafts seemed to loosen. Day 4 I finally ate solid food and it seems I may have knocked out one of the grafts. It was loose prior to eating. Now there’s very little white grains left in the extraction hole left. What should I do?

I suggest 10 days of liquid diet. You should see your dentist as soon as possible for regrafting.

Hi There,  with healing issues, you want to see your dentist right sway.  Time is critical.  The longer you wait, the less likely you will be able to get another graft in there.  Eat soft foods, don't brush and minimizes sneezing.  When you call your dentist, tell them it is an emergency and you want to be seen today.  Good luck!
