I'm 1 week after a rhino septoplasty and I know my nose is very swollen but my inside left nostril there is a hang of tissue that is almost closing my whole nose. It is very annoying because I feel like something is hanging out of my nose! It also does not look normal. Will this go away? Why is it so large?
