I've been doing laser hair removal treatment for a few months already. I've had mi fifth session four days ago. My hair has already grow back quite a bit, but I'm really failing to see any progress. There aren't any bald spots and my hair isn't falling anymore like it used to do in the first 2-3 sessions. Is there something wrong? I have my sixth and last paid appoinment two months from now on. Should I pay for six more treatments or this isn't going to work for me?

It sounds like you may have a burn. I recommend following up with a cosmetic dermatologist for after care. I recommend silicone gel with growth factors and hyperbaric oxygen to promote healing. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Thank you for your question. Yes, you may take Metformin while getting laser hair removal treatment, as it is not an anti-biotic instead it’s an anti-diabetic medication. It is always good to let your treating physician know what medications you are taking. Best of Luck!
