Back in February I had fractora RF done and it completely ruined my skin. Left me with countless PIE spots as well as some new indented scarring as well. I've now looked into laser genesis because of how mild it is. Is it an effective laser for removing PIE? My scars bother me too but at the moment the PIE bothers me more than anything! It's been months and they haven't lightened up at all. I've attached pics below. Based on my skin, how many treatments would I most likely need?

This is a great question, as your recent sun exposure (exposure to ultraviolet or UV radiation) is often very relevant to laser treatments. Lasers with shorter wavelengths (for example Intense Pulsed Light, or IPL) do have the potential to seriously harm your skin when you have recently...
It is completely fine for you to continue to take your oral antibiotics and have a Laser Genesis treatment. However, make sure to let your technician know about any and all topical treatment allergies.
Thank you for your question and I am sorry that you have had the feelings of redness and sensitivity. My recommendation is for you to see a dermatologist since you are still experiencing complications, as you should not have any downtime or major discomfort with Genesis.
