Is there an implant that could increase ankle size, to put everything into better proportion? (photo)

I have super skinny ankles and large (size 12 US) feet - not a good combination. Working out my calf muscles has increased their size slighlty but only accentuates the skinny ankle look. The size view looks ok but from the front they look disproportionately thin. Is there an implant that could increase ankle size, to put everything into better proportion?
