Dear juliandivito, Thank you for your clinical post. Minoxidil to try and enhance facial hair growth is generally unsuccessful. By the same token, unfortunately, Mioxidil use for facial hair growth will not result in losing hair on the top of your head. Ongoing male pattern hair loss and other physiologic diseases can cause hair loss, but not generally the use of a topical vasodilator like Minoxidil on the face. There are many non-surgical techniques to minimize hair loss on the scalp especially conditions of male pattern hair loss or androgenic hair loss. These techniques include topical nutrient serums, medicated shampoos, plasma rich protein, stem cell injections, together with estrogen injections and the use of low-level light laser therapy. All these techniques are non-invasive and can increase significant hair growth. I hope this information is of some assistance and best of luck. To find out more, please visit the link below.
