Will hyaluronidase in my nose affect fillers around my mouth and chin?

Dear Doctors, Will getting hyaluronidase in my nose tip and nose bridge, affect already existing filler in my marionette lines/smile lines, lips and chin? And is it safe to get lip and chin/jawline filler after getting hyaluronidase in my nose tip and nose bridge to dissolve filler? I am under the impression that the hyaluronidase stays within the target area, but is that the same with the nose or will it move down my face and melt the filler in those areas?
