It looks like that mole would be successfully removed by cutting it flush with the skin (shave removal).  To get it to heal nicely, it often helps to blend the edges with light electrodessication or laser.  No stitches would be required.

Thanks for the question! During pregnancy it is common for moles to enlarge due the changes in hormones. Rarely, this can be due to the mole becoming cancerous. I suggest you have a board certified dermatologist evaluate the mole in person to ensure that it doesn't have any suspicious features.
The best and safest way to remove an enlarging mole is to surgically remove it. You would have a stitch line, however, the collarbone skin heals very well. Be sure to see a dermatologic surgeon or a Mohs surgeon so that you have the smallest possible stitch line!
