When should breasts go back to normal size after pregnancy?

Congratulations on your successful pregnancy. There are no absolute rules when it comes to breasts reaching their "steady-state" after pregnancy. My best advice: achieve your long-term stable weight; it is likely that at that point that your breasts will have reached their steady-state as well.   If, at that point, your breast size and/or position are of concern, seek consultation with Board-certified plastic surgeons who can demonstrate significant experience achieving the types of outcomes you will be pleased with. The thing I notice with my patients is the heavier patients often get and stay larger after a pregnancy and the thinner women often wind up smaller after a pregnancy. But the is no "rule" or "normal". So get back to your prepregnancy weight and see what happens.
