I am 64, but still get a pimple every once in a while. I also have slight rosacea, although I don't drink at all. I am a fair skinned redhead who burned a few times as a child. I had a BCC removed by MOHS last year. Less than two weeks ago, I got a pimple about an inch away from the BCC. It Was tender and hurt like a normal pimple. But it never came to a head. It was quite big. I used benzoyl peroxide at night, but for the first time, I applied Apple cider vinegar during the day. I just used my finger and patted it on a couple of times a day. It is practically flat now and not as red as it was, but still a reddish pink spot. The color will not return to normal. Could this possibly be the Apple cider vinegar? I only used it a couple of days and stopped four days ago. Or is it possibly a BCC?
