I have two upper front teeth missing. Currently, I have a dental bridge for the two missing teeth with bridges over adjacent teeth. Can I have a gum/bone graft but no dental implants? I feel my upper lip sag, shrink and flap. It not only doesn't feel good, but looks something abnormal or ugly, especially in my social communication.

The timing of when to perform the bone graft procedure after a tooth extraction should be left to the dentist's discretion. He/she would know best your clinical situation and why grafting needs to be done either immediately or at a delayed stage. There is no one right answer for this question as...
