Assuming the case finished well with Invisalign, then holding the teeth in that position while awaiting implant placement, healing and/ or restoration, is crucial. All your time, money, and effort that went into the completion of Invisalign would be compromised if you stopped wearing the aligners prior to the completion of the implant phase.
