My daughter has a port wine stain on right side of her lip & right cheek. It gets hot swollen & darker. Is this fixable? (Photo)

My daughter,11, In the photo this is the "normal" way it looks but early in the morning the swelling is so big her lip sometimes bleeds. It gets darker and very hot. Is this dangerous and is there a procedure to fix all of this? If there is what does cost normally look like?

I would avoid doing more pulsed dye laser as it seems your results were not optimal. Time will improve the problems. I would consider using Plato's Scar Serum on the scars twice daily. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianLos Angeles
