Question

Been thinking about surgery to flatten my lower abdominal area. What's best for me? Also I get pain in my calfs from varicose veins would this cause a problem during or after surgery? I worry about blood clots.

The risk for blood clots is determined by many factors and all of these should be examined.  Tummy tuck would produce a nice result for you.  I
would search for the board certified plastic surgeon who you feel is
most likely to give you the best results and who performs hundreds of
these procedures each year. I would look at patient reviews as well as

Superficial   Varicose veins really should have little effect on the development of blood clots that cause pulmonary embolism. It is a deep venous system that generates these types of clots.
