Is it too late to wear my retainers? (Photo)

Question

I haven't been wearing my retainers for at least 2 months and my big right to starting to shift what do I do? How long do I wear them?

If you have had some slight movement, your retainer may be able to take care of it.  If you can fit it all the way in, that is a good sign.  I'd wear it full time until the pressure goes away.  It might be several weeks.  If it doesn't take care of the problem, or if you can't get it to go all the way in, go see your orthodontist to see what they can do.
