Hi im 26 I always hated my big forehead its about 7.5 cm , i did suffur from hair loss to the point i could see some of my scalp , even had to use fibres to cover ..my hair loss made it very thin now

It's difficult to tell from just the two photos. Try taking some additional photos. A great first step would be an online consultation. Often you can submit photos to top hair restoration surgeons for a complimentary evaluation. This should help lead you in the right direction. Having multiple consultations with different doctors cannot hurt.

Whoever you consult would recommend what has been their experience. For women who usually need thick hair in the front and wish to have only one operation, the surgical hairline advancement has no equal. I have had great success with it over many years.  However, you have to have the right prexisting conditions for it to be considered. If you have a flexible scalp and  foreward growing hair direction you may be an ideal candidate. If you have ongoing hair loss, you might have reconsider any hair surgery.
