It's difficult to tell from just the two photos. Try taking some additional photos. A great first step would be an online consultation. Whoever you consult would recommend what has been their experience. For women who usually need thick hair in the front and wish to have only one operation, the surgical hairline advancement has no equal. I have had great success with it over many years.  However, you have to have the right prexisting conditions for it to be considered. If you have a flexible scalp and  foreward growing hair direction you may be an ideal candidate. If you have ongoing hair loss, you might have reconsider any hair surgery.
