It takes about 8 months for all new hair to mature after a hair transplant. Treating the areas with lasers will only increase the chance of new hair being damaged potentially. Once you reach the 8 month mark re-evaluate condition.

Hair transplant surgery is performed by hair transplant doctors.  Dermatologists or plastic surgeons are not necessarily trained in hair transplant surgery.  Some are.  Some are not.

Check with both your doctors for the surgery.  Doctors are very particular about timing and each doctor has their own preferences.  In general you need to wait until your are healed from surgery to have another surgery.

Lumpy scalp can mean you have a scar.  It is always a good idea to check with your doctor for an exam and explore options.  Lumpy scalp is NOT a side effect of surgery.

Always check with your doctor doing the surgery .  There should be no reason why  you cannot have surgery based only on Celexa that you are taking from a surgical point of view.
