How soon after injecting filler and Botox can I do KTP-laser treatment on my face?

I have had injected botox and fillers on my face and I would like to have KTP laser treatment on my facial redness but im unsure how long should I wait after injecting fillers and botox before I can have KTP.

As KTP-laser is a superficial laser my recommendation would be to wait 2-4 weeks. This will allow your Botox to take full effect, and your fillers to settle in.

Hi Kjhgfd,
You could have the treatment the same day. Botox will be fully absorbed and safe to do anything you wish, including KTP laser, after approximately four hours. Dermal filler will not be affected by KTP laser and could be performed immediately following injections.
There is one article in the medical literature that suggests improved results when IPL is performed after a filler treatment. I regularly perform CO2 laser treatments, and I recommend waiting 2 weeks after Botox and filler. At two weeks the Botox result is active and any possible vascular complications from filler can be easily identified and managed before the CO2. The best approach is to review your concerns and desires with an experienced physician. Work with him or her to put together a comprehensive and personalized treament plan that is safe, effective, affordable, and appropriately scheduled.

The depth of penetration for KTP laser is relatively superficial for any significant interaction.  I would wait at least a week for filler-associated swelling to subside prior to a laser treatment.  Consult with an experienced cosmetic dermatologist.

The depth of penetration of KTP laser treatment is merely a fraction of a millimeter into your skin's outer surface, the epidermis. It is safe within a week of treatment to proceed, at that point there is no danger of the laser treatment affecting the botox effect nor the fillers that are much much deeper in.
