Can I dye my hair 1-2 weeks after stopping low dose (20mg) Accutane? I've heard that you should wait 1-2 weeks after Accutane to dye your hair although I know some people dye their hair while they are on Accutane. I am extremely paranoid and do not want to burn my skin, how long should I wait to dye my hair? Thanks!

Answer: Hair dye perfectly safe while on Accutane and after
There is not problem with Cymbalta per se. In other words there is no drug interaction that am aware of. However, since Cymbalta is meant to treat severe depression, I would engage in a thorough discussion with your dermatologist before continuing.

Check with your dermatologist. You may have rosacea. I have seen rosacea flare from Accutane (although in many, it improves). Be sure you are using a gentle cleanser, and using a high (at least SPF30) daily.
I have found that higher doses equal longer and more complete remissions. I have also found less success with each subsequent course of Accutane. I am unsure if this has been proven or published, but after 25 years of using this drug, that has been my experience.
