Which procedure would help me achieve more feminine, almond shaped eyes? (photos)

I've been told I'm not a good candidate for upper blep surgery Iwant an eye shape closer to the model Cindy Kimberly’s ( big, doe eyes that are almond shaped ) But cat eye surgery scares me because it looks fake (imo) As you can see l have posis in my eye but for some reason I prefer that eye to the that l've circled in black, maybe because it's more almond shaped? Which is why I'm scared to get posis surgery because I don't want both eyes to look like circled eye
