3 weeks ago a med spa put pdo threads in my lift without my consent and will not take them out. they told me they would only last 4 weeks and just create border but they are creating so much lifting swelling and pain and have ruined my lips. is there anything I can do to help get them out? I am in crisis and cannot leave my house and my lips only seem to be swelling and pulling more please help

Based on your photo and your history of no written surgical consent, my first advice would be to contact an attorney no procedure whether surgery or minimal surgery or minor. Invasive can be done without a written authorized consent from the patient. Are you sure you did not sign a consent.? Next I would ask for a steroid prescription for swelling and then an ultrasound of the areas they were inserted and possibly attempted under local anesthesia removal. Best of virtual consulate with.
