Hi! So despite weight loss and good fitness, I have a "w" like shape on my lower belly that wont go away. Would Coolsculpting be a good option? I highlighted the area in one photo.

Answer: Coolsculpting for stubborn fat Hello and thank you for your question. Coolsculpting is actually designed and FDA approved to treat 9 body areas of stubborn fat. Good candidates typically have concerns of hard to lose fat despite diet and exercise and the tissue in these regions have pinchable subcutaneous fat. The benefit of Coolsculpting is that it is non-invasive with no downtime, allowing you to go about your lifestyle without restriction. The abdomen is one of the most commonly treated areas. If you choose to move forward with this treatment, seek a provider who can perform a comprehensive consultation and formulate an individualized plan tailored to your goals. All the best, Esther Litenatsky, AGACNP-BC on behalf of Ran Y. Rubinstein, MD, Facial Plastic Surgeon in Newburgh, NY and Montvale, NJ.

Answer: CoolSculpting for lower abdomen Just based on your photos, I would say that you appear to be a good candidate for CoolSculpting. Normally, a minimum of two treatment sessions are needed to see visible improvement. Your lower abdomen could be treated but it appears that there are some other areas of your abdomen that could see improvement with treatment as well.
