Scar revision and vaginoplasty - Should I combine the surgeries, if not, which one should be prioritized first?

Hi, I had a failed tummy tuck last April 2025. I got a massive infection that required months to heal. The hole is finally closed. I already was dealing with some uterine prolapse before the surgery. Since the surgery, the prolapse got worse because of how my scar healed pushing down on my Mons. My scar hurts and my prolapse bothers me. My first surgery went longer than expected, as I had muscle repair, liposuction, fat transfer to breast, labiaplasty, and tummy tuck. Nothing succeeded but the labiaplasty. I am now looking to have my scar revised a year later. I am also at a stage one prolapse and need to have a vaginoplasty. Given my history, should I combine the surgeries, if not, which one should be prioritized first? My surgeon says no. The gyno says it’s ok. Thank you
