Non-surgical Nose Job to Make Nostrils Smaller and Raise Tip?

Can non-surgical nose job make my nostrils smaller and raise the tip of my nose? Also, will I be able to have proper surgery in a few years?

Thank you for your question. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers like Voluma, Restylane, and Juvederm along with Botox can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose and lift the tip; however, it won't make the nose appear smaller. Surgery would be needed to improve the nostrils or overall shape. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty utilizes Injectable Fillers to camouflage a hump, or to improve contour irregularities. Fillers work well to lower a high nostril, or to correct a visible indentation. 
 
Tip rotation, and nostril narrowing would require a Surgical Rhinoplasty.
