Thank you for your question. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers like Voluma, Restylane, and Juvederm along with Botox can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose and lift the tip; however, it won't make the nose appear smaller. Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty utilizes Injectable Fillers to camouflage a hump, or to improve contour irregularities. Fillers work well to lower a high nostril, or to correct a visible indentation. The answer is probably yes. It is impossible to say anything without consultation. I advise you to discuss this with your board plastic surgeon, check actual before & after photos ( not the ones made with computer animation programs).
Generally the area you are referring to needs to be surgically modified. But you should get evaluated by an expert in surgical and nonsurgical rhinoplasty so they can determine what is best for you.
