I would charge about $1500 US dollars for only alar plasty, to be more precise alar wedge excisions.
You should not look for bargains when it comes to alar plasty. If you end up having uneven nostrils or too narrow nostrils, the damage can be IRREVERSIBLE. So, please concentrate on finding someone who can do an excellent, safe and conservative alarplasty for you.

Alarplasty takes much less time than a formal open rhinoplasty procedure. Therefore, the cost is typically less. However, alarplasty is typically not performed in isolation.  Once you change 2 legs of the tripod, more work may be necessary.

There are several types of alarplasty for the nose to decrease or change the nostril size or shape. To do it alone is possible, but more likely you would want something done to the tip of your nose as well. And that might require some changes to the upper part of your nose as well.
