Answer: Alarplasty I would charge about $1500 US dollars for only alar plasty, to be more precise alar wedge excisions.

Answer: Alarplasty is a fast procedure with lesser cost than Rhinoplasty Alarplasty takes much less time than a formal open rhinoplasty procedure. Therefore, the cost is typically less. However, alarplasty is typically not performed in isolation. Once you change 2 legs of the tripod, more work may be necessary.

Answer: Cost of nasal cosmetic surgery An alarplasty would be less then a normal rhinoplasty. The cost would be around $2,000-$3,000 depending on what's involved to accomplish your aesthetic goals. Check out some before and after photos and visit several surgeons before making a final decision. Good luck!
