Thank you for sharing your concerns about PRP with Microneedling in periocular tissue. It is highly unusual to have visual problems (or any problems) if this procedure is performed by an experienced board certified physician. Oculoplastic Surgeons have an expertise in handling issues around the eyes. You will likely have a positive experience with the treatment. Good luck.

PRP, such as Selphyl, require persons blood and processing it in sterile technique. I recommend that these procedure be done in medical office and not spas!
