My lip got stuck to my braces it isn’t stuck now but it swelled up so bad, what to do? (Photos)

OK if my lip got stuck tonmy braces it isn’t stuck now but it swelled up && its like a knot in my lip && its very swollen how do i get rid of it or is it permanent
