Probably not.  You will probably need a combination of both orthodontics and orthognathic (jaw) surgery to correct this much overjet.  Sometimes just the lower jaw needs to be moved forward (advanced), while in more complications both jaws moved forward, just the lower jaw more.  Suggest getting a couple consultations from orthodontists first, as he should be the one to guide the oral surgeon as to how to reposition your jaws.

It is possible that this condition can be improved with neuromuscular dental treatment which can move your jaw forward. This is a very effective treatment for improving your bite, overjet and facial esthetics. Seek out an experienced neuromuscuar dentist for an evaluation.
