I think it is very important to feel comfortable with the choice you have made before proceeding with surgery. There may be good reasons why your PS is recommending one size - but they should explain this to you clearly. 
Using external sizing prostheses or digital imaging manipulation can be a great way of agreeing on the best volume increase for you. If this hasn't been offered then I would suggest shopping around for a clinic where this is routine for breast augmentation.

Thank you for your question and photographs. It is better to go for little big size   when checked with sized.,means 275   when   245   sized looks good. Full profile  implant will give you more projection than mini.
