Thank you for the question. There is no accurate correlation between size of breast implant and cup size achieved. I ask my patients not to communicate their goals or evaluate the outcome after breast augmentation surgery, in terms of achieving specific cup size.  Cup sizes may vary from one bra manufacturer to another and are not at all a reliable “measure” of breast size.  In your case, online consultants will not be of much meaningful reassurance to you; only time will tell whether you will be pleased with the final outcome/size of the breast surgery performed.
Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering  breast augmentation surgery ( regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is:
1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully.  Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you're looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work.
2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals  with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining  breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. 
In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as  “natural” or "C or D cup”  etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful.
 The use of computer imaging technology may also be very helpful during this communication process.
3.  Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly,  allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals.  Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery.
 Best wishes; hopefully you will be please with the long-term outcome of the procedure performed, regardless of the specific cup size achieved.

There is no standard measure for cup size - the volume of a cup can vary from one bra maker to another and even within the same line of bras cups of a larger band tend to have more volume than cups of a smaller band.I think it is far more helpful for patients to think of the breast aeshtetic in terms of bust fullness, fugure balance and breast shape.Only your surgeon can tell you if you have reached your final size and shape.

Thank you for your question.  Generally speaking 200 cc of breast implant will increase you by 1 cup size in the bra you're currently wearing.  If you were a C cup bra  that a 240 cc breast implant could increase your bra cup size to a D cup.  However understand that different retailers label bra cup sizes differently.
