Question

Hi, I wanted to know if there was a such thing as a woman not having hips? If yes, as I do believe it is (I feel I am one) would this procedure help? Now I know it may sound unrealistic for a woman to not have hips but I don't. I do have a plump butt with a little extra fat located under the buttock, sadly no hips. Could this course of action?help a confused professional ballet dancer?

It is difficult to tell from you pictures.  However there are options to help your form.  You seem like you would be a good candidate for fat transfer to your hips.  The fat can be removed from the unwanted areas and transferred to the hip area.  I would recommend that you talk to a board certified plastic surgeon that performs a lot of fat transfer procedures.

It is true that in an ideal female figure the shoulders are narrower than or equal to the hips. You have an athletic figure with wider shoulders. The only way to widen your hips would be by transferring fat to the areas that are typically lipo suctioned in a female. These are the trochanteric regions. The problem is there is usually very Little fat in a ballerina's body. Start with getting a consultation with an experienced plastic surgeon.

Thanks for the question and provided information as well.
Based on your pictures, you are a good candidate for liposuction with moderate BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. 
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your hips and buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

You may be a candidate for fat grafting of the hips using the fat harvested from your abdomen.  This would be the best, safest, and most reliable method to achieve a contour improvement of your body.  Best of luck!

I suggest that you see a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and member of ASAPS for a consult regarding your hips. You may be a candidate for fat grafting to your hips. Your own fat would be removed from on area with liposuction and then injected into your hips. This should add width to your hips and improve your figure. Good Luck! Dr Grant Stevens
