Thank you so much to Dr Maini and his team for making me feel so comfortable and informed during the consultation and procedure for mole removal. I was very apprehensive, but was put at ease immediately and felt happy throughout. Post care is also fantastic with a follow up appointment in 4 months and Dr Maini provides you with his mobile number incase you are worried about anything. I would highly recommend Zenith Clinics to anyone who is considering having this treatment done.
I had dimple surgery on two days ago and I seem to be the only one in significant pain! Not sure if in the uk are painkillers are shite compared to the USA my doctor didn’t prescribe any or antibiotics .. at the moment I have them covered with plasters wouldn’t even let my family see how ridiculously deep these holes in my face are! I don’t think I thought this through but with the reviews and healing I’m sure I’ll fall in love with them. The procedure was perfect however I was petty hungover as had a night away from the kids so maybe I wouldn’t make the discision to get [RS bleep] faced the day before again. I want to read reviews that say please don’t panic these massive holes will disappear and the pain goes after a couple days but no one seems to mention the pain perhaps I’m just a massive fanny but I’m really feeling it ... it’s like two hot knives pushing into my face! I’ve also got a water infection had no sleep as my youngest is poorly and still have to function with 4 kids children and a husband at work long loooong hours. Enough about me lol here is how the procedure went .. anesthetic Injected into the cheek sharp scratch then ten mins on each side totally painless just pulling. The doctor was incredible and the nurse held my hand through it ... after I was too scared to look in the mirror yet the doctor seemed confident with his work and handed the mirror to me... I nearly fainted I thought what the hell have I done to myself i wanted to cry and asked the doctor to I have to leave like this? Updated on 7 Feb 2019: Still in pain and swelling still present holes are massive I’m hoping this means they have more chance of staying long term when they finally look nice ... at the moment I’m just trying to come to terms with having to wear plasters on my face for weeks maybe months Updated on 10 Feb 2019: Pain went away fully yesterday thank god I think my Pain was longer as I was also poorly at the same Time so longer to heal the holes are still very prominent but I’m getting used to them slowly and looking forward to end result Updated on 13 Feb 2019: Pain gone looking forward to end result holes still very prominent smiling still sore and can feel lumps on the inside of my mouth but feeling much better not freaking out as much now the swelling is subsiding Day 9 You can still see the stitches only just though on the outside like two little black dots on each which should dissolve over the next few days I’m out of pain and am starting to really love the results! I honestly thought there would be no end to the holes in my face swelling and pain and then literally over a couple of days I’m feeling perfect and can’t stop smiling .. think I’ve creeped a few people out smiling for no reason! It really is a procedure that gets better and better with a little time x Updated on 15 Mar 2019: Updated on 28 Mar 2019: Still there ... only tiny bit can be seen not smiling and really happy [RS bleep] Updated on 10 Apr 2019:
I researched this procedure after having years of being careful with my calorie intake and going to the gym and working out properly doing a mixture if high intensity interval training, spinning, boxing and weights. I have also had a personal trainer for the past 2 years and STILL I had these stubborn fat areas on my flanks and bottom of stomach. So I bit the bullet and after research I booked in with Dr Maini at Zenith clinics in Nottingham UK. He put me at ease from the minute I stepped into the consultation room. He explained the procedure fully and his nurse Bella was amazing too, so approachable and knowledgeable. I opted to have my flanks and upper and lower abdominals done. Today I have just got home from my procedure and am resting up. I went in this morning after a hearty breakfast, signed my paperwork and did my pre operative checks. I elected to have the procedure done under local anaesthetic. After taking some pictures and marking me up I went to the treatment room and the procedure began. Now I do have to say that administering the local anaesthetic was full on! They say you experience "discomfort" this true but it was quite bad a decent 8/10 pain wise and I consider myself quite hard I have also worked in operating theatres and am not squeamish..... however being honest it didn't last too long and as soon as it was done I was laughing and joking and totally fine whilst the procedure was actually being performed. I didn't feel anything but really minor pulling or stinging at some points but my goodness the results even after only one side was done were incredible. Ive had 2.1 litres removed! fI cannot wait to see the end result. My compression garment is quite bulky and uncomfortable but I'm hoping this will ease a bit in the next few days. I feel quite drained and am happy to be looked after at home. Moving about is not really possible as I'm quite sore and feel a bit shell shocked! The pictures are just quick ones I took in the consultation room before. I'll post the proper before ones that were taken at the clinic when I have them. Updated on 2 May 2018: Today I feel a lot better just a bit achy and sore. I went to the clinic again yesterday and saw myself out of my compression garment. WOW!! I was so amazed by my results! It makes up for being uncomfortable when sleeping and getting about although this is getting better with each day. I'm hoping to be back at work on Friday evening. I've put up my new pictures of myself at the clinic I'm hoping I can get my before and after pictures from my doctor soon to put up here. He's kept my curves but made my stomach totally flat I'm so impressed. Updated on 4 May 2018: I got to shower today which was daunting but lovely to feel clean and wash my hair! I took some pictures out of my garments for my doctor. I'm feeling quite restricted by them but strangely unsupported out of them it's a very weird mix! I also have a bit of numbness on my left side, not sure if she to procedure or super tight garments will ask Dr Maini tomorrow. I've also taken to sleeping on the sofa as I find it more supportive and comfortable than my bed. I'm hoping to be woken up later than 5am tomorrow! I went back to work for a few hours today (I have a fairly sit down job) and felt okay although diving was a bit odd, still taking it steady. Will update again in a few days when hopefully a bit less swollen. Updated on 6 May 2018: Today I feel like I've turned a corner, I had a brilliant nights sleep and did a full 9 hour shift at work. I took my pictures for my doctor today and wasn't going to post again for a few more days but I felt like I could see a difference again! My stomach is much less sore and although I still have swelling on my hips I feel a lot more comfortable today. I'm starting to see an outline of my abs which I haven't seen for a long time! I knew they were hiding in there..... Updated on 8 May 2018: Today I feel back to normal but sleeping is still a bit hit and miss. I think I'm just uncomfortable in the pressure garment but hopefully that can come off soon. My doctor is pleased with my rapid progress and I can't believe how little bruising there is. It doesn't look like I had surgery a week ago. My scars are barely there, I would hardly call them scars to be honest. I've put some pictures up of them. I think I'm still quote swollen on the bottom half of my stomach but my doctor says that could b3 due to my time of the month so hopefully that will go soon too as the top look a great! Updated on 16 May 2018: Went to see my doctor yesterday and he said I don't need to wear the pressure garment anymore. My healing has been incredible I can't believe it's only been 2 weeks and I'm done. This whole treatment has been incredible and the care I've received from zenith cosmetics in Nottingham has been second to none. I took a picture when I got home and have popped it on here. My doctor said if I look like I'm swelling to put the garment back on but the morning after I look fine. I have no bruising and the incisions are nearly healed. It's like I've pressed a reset button on my figure. It still looks like me but an improved version. I tried on a dress last night that I nearly got stuck in before my surgery and wanted to cry, it glided on like it was made to measure! I'm so pleased with my results I'm already looking at crop tops for summer and I'm 30! Happy to answer any questions anyone may have as when I was researching bodytite I didn't find a lot of reviews etc so happy to help others feel this amazing. Updated on 20 May 2018: These are my official before and after pictures from my doctor. The difference is incredible :)
