Bad Experience!

Please go elsewhere for invisalign. From the very beginning, Dr. Huber did not listen to my questions or concerns! She actually suggested she refund my money after trays were not tracking appropriately rather than going forward with a refinement. I wish I would have done my treatment elsewhere. There were just way too many things that went wrong during my treatment that could have been avoided if Dr. Huber cared at all. My teeth were not bad to begin with. I never had bite issues or an open bite. Now my bite is off and open after treatment with Dr. Huber. She believes tracking or check in appointments are unnecessary and opt to see patients at the end of treatment. She would seem upset when I expressed any concern regarding my trays not tracking or moving to a refinement set because of that reason. I had a really bad experience that could have been avoided. This place only cares about the number of customers treated and not the quality in which each customer is treated.
