You should continue to rinse with salt water and you may also consider rinsing once or twice a day with Colgate Peroxyl. I would also recommend contacting your orthodontist, as the trays should be comfortable and while crowding can make the initial fit difficult it is always best to advice you Doctor when something doesn't feel correct.
