I had the most best Experience With Dr. Vitenas. Of course going into this I was scared. From beginning to now it was so pleasant. The work I had done was amazing! Super happy with how everything looks and how easy and smooth it went. I will be going back if I need anything else worked on!

He answered my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. I appreciated the honesty of his replies, along with any “pros and cons”. Dr. Vitenas asked me a lot of questions and clearly explained exactly what was involved, recovery time, possible risks, etc. He showed me a portfolio of his work, and patiently answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable asking a question. At the end of the consultation, I knew Dr. Vitenas would be my surgeon. My consultation concluded without any pressure to schedule surgery. I was encouraged to reflect on the consultation, and contact the office with any additional questions, which I did. Once my decision was made, I contacted the office, and inquired about next steps. Payment options were offered, and all of my questions were answered. Surgery was scheduled, and clear communications about my upcoming procedure ensued. My pre- and post-op instructions were well-documented and detailed. I followed them to the letter, and was delighted to have NO bruising and very little discomfort. My recovery continues to progress. I am 23 years old, have never had children and am a very petetite woman. (5'2" & 90 lbs) Sadly, I used to always buy bras that were too big just to "appear" a little bigger in the chest. And as far as unpadded bras, they didn't exist to me. Yes, my bras WERE my breasts. I never felt that shirts were flattering on me. I wanted to fill out my tops and have a curvy but natural figure. I had a mini lower face lift 1.5 years ago and recently felt like I needed a little plumping and touchup of lines around my mouth, cheeks and neck. After doing some research it seemed that Ultherapy might be a good solution because it would also tighten my skin which is an added bonus and and smooth out some of my lines.

I had Ultherapy 3 days ago with a medical esthetician. I'm currently waiting for her to email me the before photos that she took so I can share them with you but here are a few photos along my journey, post the procedure. I will post photos weekly so you can see the results with me.

The procedure was not painful at all. I didn't take any meds prior or after, There was some discomfort around the jawline and the collar bone but that was it.

I am posting more photos following my Ultherapy procedure. Please see Day 5 and Day 6 photos attached. I still have trouble seeing results worthwhile but I know it can take a few more weeks to really see a difference.

I haven't noticed any shocking changes yet. This is day 18 post Ultherapy. I have now scheduled an appointment for fat transfer to my face the first week in April. I'll post a separate entry for that.
