I knew several years ago that I wanted to have facial plastic surgery. However finding the right surgeon took a lot of research, consultations, and interviews. After all, I was going to trust my face to someone with a very sharp knife! The relationship with my plastic surgeon would take the right kind of connection and fuse of personalities to create the right match and, most importantly, trust. During my research, I discovered dr.vitenas.com, and was impressed with the amount of educational information on various cosmetic procedures via doctor narrated videos. I liked Dr. Vitenas’ philosophy of aesthetic surgery, and decided to focus more on his practice. Fast forward 2 years: I am 10 weeks post-op and am absolutely thrilled with my results and selection of Dr. Paul Vitenas as my surgeon! It was important to me that Dr. Vitenas was certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and, was a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. I wanted someone with many years of experience and well-documented results to be my surgeon – and Dr. Vitenas easily met those requirements (with over 30 years of experience, as well as many awards and honors). I was impressed with the ease of scheduling my consultation, and the friendliness and professionalism exhibited by Dr. VItenas and his wonderful staff. Vitenas Cosmetic Surgery is home to a state-of-the-art facility, beautifully designed, and immaculate. During my consultation, Dr. Vitenas listened to and respected my specific aesthetic goals. He answered my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. I appreciated the honesty of his replies, along with any “pros and cons”. Dr. Vitenas asked me a lot of questions and clearly explained exactly what was involved, recovery time, possible risks, etc. He showed me a portfolio of his work, and patiently answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable asking a question. At the end of the consultation, I knew Dr. Vitenas would be my surgeon. My consultation concluded without any pressure to schedule surgery. I was encouraged to reflect on the consultation, and contact the office with any additional questions, which I did. Once my decision was made, I contacted the office, and inquired about next steps. Payment options were offered, and all of my questions were answered. Surgery was scheduled, and clear communications about my upcoming procedure ensued. My pre- and post-op instructions were well-documented and detailed. I followed them to the letter, and was delighted to have NO bruising and very little discomfort. My recovery continues to progress. I am truly amazed and so very pleased with my results! I highly recommend Dr. Paul Vitenas!
