I am 23 years old, have never had children and am a very petetite woman. (5'2" & 90 lbs) Sadly, I used to always buy bras that were too big just to "appear" a little bigger in the chest. And as far as unpadded bras, they didn't exist to me. Yes, my bras WERE my breasts. I never felt that shirts were flattering on me. I wanted to fill out my tops and have a curvy but natural figure. That is EXACTLY what I got after my experience with Dr. Vitenas and his staff. My results and the wonderful people at Vitenas Cosmetic Surgery are incredible!!!! I highly recommend them!!

When I first met Dr. Vitenas, I immediately felt comfortable with him. By the end of my consult, I was certain I wanted him to perform my surgery. He was very positive and kind, and he covered every inch of the information that I needed and wanted to know. He never interrupted me when I spoke and listened intently to every question or concern I had. I really knew that he cared about helping me!! I never felt rushed at my consult and when it came time for trying on implants / covering last questions that I had, he gave me absolutely as much time as I needed. He understands how big of a decision breast augmentation is for women and was incredibly patient while I tried to decide on which size I liked. I also appreciate the fact that he was honest with me about his opinion of what works best with my frame and what restrictions my body has. Other doctors I consulted were going to give me any size regardless of whether it would have a negative effect in the end. I'm SO glad I had such a trusting and amazing surgeon. I feel that my breasts are now PERFECT for my body and they look amazing!!! The staff at the office was also beyond incredible!!! It was as if all of the ladies were friends that I had known forever!! I felt like I could confide in each of them! I also really appreciated them being present for each step of the process to make the experience even more comfortable for me. Dr. Vitenas is not only a wonderful surgeon, but he truly is an artist. My experience was amazing and my results are a beautiful piece of work!!!!! TO DR. VITENAS AND ALL OF YOUR STAFF, THANK YOU SO MUCH FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!!!!! You have changed my life!!!

I'm devating between 265cc or 286cc both low profile silicone under the muscle I'm 5'4 108 lbs did you go with low profile or anatomical?
